Elegance & Sophistication
For this project, interior designer Deborah
Morcott of DDM Designs worked in
conjunction with the architect Jackie Albarran
from the beginning of this new build.
The owners were downsizing and wanted a
formal yet relaxed home in the flowing style of
traditional Spanish residences. They also
wanted to make sure that the house could
hold their extensive antique collection.
A Modern Spin on
Industrial Design

architect, and developer to design and install
a 12,000 square foot clubhouse, public
spaces, and model apartment in a chic new
multifamily complex just outside
Charleston, SC.

Coastal Dream House
Sweeping views of the waterways and marsh
inspired this newly built beach house. Soft hues
and textures, with references to the
environment, were used throughout
this family home.
Summer Cottage
Looking for a new summer home, this retired
couple fell in love with the quaintness of
Harbor Springs, Michigan.
After purchasing, the couple renovated a
lovely Main Street cottage creating a luxurious
but casual summer home that is anything but
“cottage;” They filled their home with custom
upholstery and furniture crafted especially for
the diminutive size of the space with the
finishing touch of their favorite art pieces.
Mad Men in Savannah!
The atmosphere in this historic high-rise
residential building lobby was inspired by the
hit TV show, “Mad Man”. The adjacent office
space was also revamped to create a modern-
day work environ.
